2.1 Log files
When you log in to www.fusionarena.ch, log files are saved by default for technical reasons. These records contain the following data: Date, time and duration of your visit, name of the page accessed, IP address, the website from which you visit us (referrer URL), browser type and browser settings, operating system. The IP address is deleted after the end of use.
In addition, we automatically record and store how often you log on to our website and which pages you visit. This data is stored and evaluated anonymously. Anonymised means that we cannot assign the data to a specific or identifiable natural person, or only with a disproportionate expenditure of time, cost and labour.
We evaluate this data in anonymised form in order to further improve the functionality of the shop and make it more user-friendly.
2.2 Personal data
Personal data is understood to be information about factual or personal circumstances of a specific natural person. We use the data collected in this way to process the contract, including our services and technical administration. In addition to your address data, personal data includes your telephone number, date of birth and the data required for payment processing.
2.3 Third parties
Third parties will only have access to your personal data if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or billing or if you have given your prior consent. Your information will not be sold to third parties at any time. Data will only be passed on for the purpose of optimizing our website and our services.
3. Cookies and targeting
Cookies are text files that are stored locally on the hard disk of your computer and are sent back to the web server when the website is accessed later.
3.1 Session cookies
Session cookies are only used for the duration of your usage and are deleted when the respective usage is terminated. They are used, for example, to store information during your purchase in our shop and to store your general user behaviour.
3.2 Cookies across sessions
Based on cookie technology, data is collected to optimize our advertising and the entire online offering. These data are not used to identify you personally, but are only used for a pseudonymous evaluation of the use of the homepage. Your data will at no time be merged with the personal data stored by us. With this technology we can present you relevant content (advertising and/or special offers and services). Our aim here is to make our offers as attractive as possible for you and to present you with products and services that match your areas of interest.

4.1 Google Analytics
5. Newsletter and advertising purposes
By agreeing to receive the newsletter, you agree to regularly receive information about sales promotions and products.
Your consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time. The revocation can be made under Settings in your customer account and of course via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter.
5.2 Further advertising purposes
Your data will be used for marketing campaigns, for communicating your booking or for informing you about certain products and services. These marketing campaigns are carried out as mailings via email.
If you register with us for competitions, your data will be used for the purpose of notification of winnings and advertising our offers. Detailed information can be found in the conditions of participation for the respective competition.
6. Social plugins
Our website may use social plugins (“plugins”) from social networks. With the help of these plugins you can, for example, share content or recommend products to others. The plugins are disabled by default on Fusionarena.com and therefore do not send any data. By clicking on the respective button, for example “Connect to Facebook”, you can activate the plugin.
If plugins are activated, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of the respective social network as soon as you visit a website of our website. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from the social network to your browser, which integrates it into the website. The plugins can be deactivated by logging out of the social network.
By integrating the plugin, the social network receives the information that you have called up the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged in to the social network, it can assign the visit to your account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, by clicking the Facebook “Like” button or making a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to the social network and stored there.
For the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by social networks as well as your rights and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to the data protection notices of the respective networks or websites. You will find the links below.
If you do not want social networks to collect data about you via our website, you must log out of these networks before you visit our website. Even if you are not logged in to the social networks, data can be sent to the networks from websites with active social plugins. An active plugin sets a cookie with an identifier each time you visit the website. Since your browser sends this cookie every time you connect to a network server without being asked, the network could in principle use it to create a profile of which websites the user belonging to the identifier has visited. And it would then also be possible to assign this identifier to a person again later – for example, when logging in to the social network later.
We offer the function “Facebook Connect”, which is offered by Facebook Inc. optionally for the creation of your customer account and for logging into our website and applications. You can also use Facebook Connect to recommend Fusion Arena or our offers to your Facebook friends.
If you want to use this feature, you will be redirected to Facebook first. There you will be asked to log in with your username and password. Of course, we do not take note of your login information. If you are already logged in to Facebook, this step will be skipped.
Afterwards, Facebook will tell you which data will be transmitted to us (public profile, friends list, email address and current place of residence). You confirm this with the “OK” button. With the transmitted data, we will create your customer account. Of course, we will not save your friends list. When you log in to Fusion Arena using Facebook Login, a unique token (a long string of letters and numbers) generated by Facebook is also stored, which is exchanged with Facebook during the login process for secure authentication.
7. Right of information and right of withdrawal
Upon request, you have the right to receive information about your stored data free of charge and without giving reasons. You can have the data that we collect and use via the website changed or deleted.
