The information we receive from you helps us to process your booking quickly and correctly. We want to improve our service for you and prevent abuse and fraud.
Your data will be used to make the reservation, to debit the payment and to provide the services listed under point 5, loyalty program, newsletter and advertising purposes.
2.1 Log files
When you log in to www.fusionarena.ch, log files are saved by default for technical reasons. These records contain the following data: Date, time and duration of your visit, name of the page accessed, IP address, the website from which you visit us (referrer URL), browser type and browser settings, operating system. The IP address is deleted after the end of use.
In addition, we automatically record and store how often you log on to our website and which pages you visit. This data is stored and evaluated anonymously. 5. Newsletter and advertising purposes
5.1 Newsletter

6. Social plugins
Our website may use social plugins (“plugins”) from social networks. With the help of these plugins you can, for example, share content or recommend products to others. The plugins are disabled by default on Fusionarena.com and therefore do not send any data. By clicking on the respective button, for example “Connect to Facebook”, you can activate the plugin.
If plugins are activated, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of the respective social network as soon as you visit a website of our website. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from the social network to your browser, which integrates it into the website. The plugins can be deactivated by logging out of the social network.

If you do not want social networks to collect data about you via our website, you must log out of these networks before you visit our website. If you want to use this feature, you will be redirected to Facebook first. There you will be asked to log in with your username and password. Of course, we do not take note of your login information. If you are already logged in to Facebook, this step will be skipped.
Afterwards, Facebook will tell you which data will be transmitted to us (public profile, friends list, email address and current place of residence). You confirm this with the “OK” button. With the transmitted data, we will create your customer account. Of course, we will not save your friends list. When you log in to Fusion Arena using Facebook Login, a unique token (a long string of letters and numbers) generated by Facebook is also stored, which is exchanged with Facebook during the login process for secure authentication.
